The Replacement Process
For double glazed units, the process typically involves two visits: a measurement visit followed by a fitting visit once the new unit has been manufactured (usually 5–7 working days). For standard single-pane glass and common double glazed sizes, we can often complete the replacement same-day.
If your window is broken and insecure, we provide an immediate boarding-up service to secure your property until the replacement glass is ready.
